We’ve said it before: cooking is our passion.  Now we want to share that passion with you by means of our cooking classes, designed to accommodate the aspiring novice as well as seasoned veterans, ranging from demonstration to hands on.

Imagine producing world-class breads in your own oven, such as Focaccia, Pizza, and French Baguettes.

Experience Italy without the airfare as we teach you classic Italian dishes from Antipasto to Zabaglione.  Learn classic sauces from a simple but sublime Aglio e Olio to a classic Ragu Bolognese. We’ll share our secrets for perfecting Tiramisu and teach you how to make the best Cannoli this side of Palermo.

Have a special request?  Put your own group together and we will collaborate on a theme and a date.

We provide you with printed recipes, demonstration and some hands on instruction, a generous sampling of the prepared foods and in some cases with a complete meal including a featured wine.
